This is a spacious studio apartment: 65 square metres (40 inside and 25 patio). It is furnished to a high standard and comprises a lounge/dining area, sleeping area, kitchen and separate bathroom with bath and shower. The living area has a sofa bed, dining table and chairs, satellite TV (new Sharp 32" Aqueus providing a choice of 22 English programmes in addition to Spanish, German, French and Italian channels), DVD/CD player and ceiling fan.


The apartment has one bedroom with twin beds but with the use of the sofa bed will sleep four: or even more, as there is also an electrically inflatable double airbed. Telephone and internet are available.


The apartment maintains a constant 25°C inside throughout winter.


There is plenty of storage space including good-sized wardrobes and a safe for valuables. The kitchen is well-equipped with a four-ring hob, mini oven, microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster, crockery, pans and cooking utensils and iron and ironing board.


The patio doors open out onto a sunny terrace equipped with a table and dining chairs, 2 sun loungers and 3 metre diameter parasol. There are also two outside storerooms which provide 6.85 cubic metres of storage. The larger one is 2.20 metres high, 2.12m wide and 1m deep. The other is 1.35m high, 1.50m wide and 1m deep; this currently holds 2 mountain bikes, amongst other things.


On-street parking is available immediately outside the apartment.



Please note that 298 is on the ground floor, below street level. To be precise, 10 steps lead down to it from the street - great when you come back from a shopping trip!
